I love the cooling of the pillow, weight, and the size. The only complaint I have is that it's too soft and it doesn't give my neck the support it needs. It's been bothering my neck and shoulders.

This pillow is very comfortable and cooling. No morning stiff neck or shoulders. However, had I known how heavy it would be (9.5 lbs.) I would not have purchased it. It takes both arms to lift and turn the pillow. I have a sore shoulder which makes repositioning the pillow difficult.

This pillow is not at all what I expected. Very hard/firm initially, then your head sinks in so deep that you're flat w the bed and can't get out. I also purchased the cervical pillow which is great. Very frustrated they don't accept returns on this pillow.
