Doesn't stay cool

This pillow is well made but it is not as advertised. It goes flat and does not support my head as I had hoped. As far as the cooling effect, once I lay my head on the pillow the coolness last for about three minutes. If you want to keep it cool you would have to move your head to a different part of the pillow every three minutes or turn it to the other side and start all over again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The pillow is very cool, almost cold, which helps me fall asleep quickly. It's also the perfect thickness, and never "goes flat" like all the other pillows I've used. I absolutely love it! 5 Stars!!!

Neck pain

I loved the pillows at first but shortly after realized it was making my head raised up too much since I'm petite and I have severe neck/shoulder pain. I have had to visit the chiropractor two times due to the pain. I finally realized it was the pillow. I went back to my older one and bingo. It was definitely the pillow. Now, I have two king pillows that I can't use. Yeah, that changed my life of enjoyment. LOl

Love these pillows! Have 4 on our king bed. Previously I had the queen size until we upgraded our bed. Now those are in our spare bedroom. Every guest who stays rave about them. Haven't had neck stiffness since I switched to these, and I used to have stiff neck regularly. Bed pillows ever!

I have tried many different types of pillows...down, synthetic, etc. Having had spinal surgery it is important for me to have good support for my neck. The pillows I have used in the past left me waking up to stiffness and pain in my shoulders and neck. The support given by The Cloud has been amazing. The pain has subsided. I am a side sleeper so firmness and support is necessary. This pillow may cost a bit more, but it's worth it. What's better than a good night's sleep AND waking up pain free? As I said above...Problem Solved.

This pillow was more mid height for me, which I thought initially would be okay but I realized it created neck soreness. I probably should of done a bit more homework to be honest! Overall though I still use the pillow for other purposes/positions and love the quality and effective cooling technology!
