This is the first time owning a memory foam mattress and pillow. Sleeping with this pillow for almost two months and I have to say that it does feel cool when you initially lay your head on it. I live in west Texas where it's always hot so the cooling effect is very nice. The only problem I have with the pillow is that it is very heavy. I feel as if I'm lifting a 10 pound weight everytime I move it. I toss and turn when I sleep so adjusting and moving the pillow to my position is a bit tedious. I do like the pillow so I don't think I'll get rid it just yet. If you don't move when you sleep I would highly recommend this pillow. If you toss and turn in your sleep like I do, I would recommend you try a different pillow first.

Heavy pillow but very comfortable. Molds to head/shoulders. Stays in place on the bed. Too expensive for a pillow. Need an extra pillow to use with it to sit up against it in bed. It sinks too much alone.

I no longer stack, bunch or flip my pillow all night. The cooling technology has been needed for a long time. The weight of the pillows was a surprise at first, but is not an issue. I would not trade it for any other pillow on the market. Well worth the money spent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical but once I put my head on the pillow, it was magical. I was an insomniac and felt that my pillow was too hot for my head. Now that I have chosen the cool breeze pillow, I can forget about turning it over and over again.

It's too soft to the point where it goes down to nothing and all you can feel is the cooling pad inside. It doesn't stay cool and the pad is not comfortable to me.
