After 2 months, I'm not sold. This pillow goes flat when you lay your head on it instead contouring. For the price, it just isn't worth it. I had high expectations, but feel pretty let down.

Based on the reviews many people stayed it was a nice flat pillow. It is actually very soft and flattens out. The cooling portion is nice if you do not use a pillow cover.

I bought this during a BOGO deal cause the other reviews made me nervous. My only regret is not buying it sooner! Look up photos of people using it to be sure it will be what you're looking for. The cooling is excellent, lasts a lot longer than other cheaper cooling pillows. Please don't think it will stay cold all night (I wish we had that as a possibility!) but flipping the pillow gives you the cooling effect again. Love the support on my neck

It took about a week or so to get used to. It is firm. I bought a king. It is much larger than a regular size king. The cooling pad does work. I would purchase queen size. I like it especially with my new hybrid king tempurpedic.

This is the worst pillow I've ever purchased. I have a tempurpedic mattress which I absolutely love so I thought I would love the pillow as well. I was so wrong. This pillow gives me neck shoulder and pain everyday when I wake up. I've had to stop using this as I can not bear the pain anymore. Completely sucks because it was expensive and they do not accept returns.
