Amazing quality and comfort

I love the cool feeling, the incredible support and the size is perfect! I don't have anywhere near as much neck or shoulder pain as I once did. It is heavy but doesn't matter when the benefits are ten fold.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This pillow is the worst purchase I have ever made. It essentially ceases to exist the moment you touch it. If you are a fan of pillows and like support THIS IS NOT THE PILLOW FOR YOU. DO NOT BUY THIS PILLOW.

Worst pillow ever

Didn't like it, it's heavy, and hurts my neck. I tried to call customer service to exchange or return but they said I can't do anything now and have to deal with an expensive pilllow. Disappointed.

Terrible Quality -- Nothing like the mattress

These pillows are terrible. They sink as soon as you lay your head or apply any pressure and do not regain shape. The result is a very uncomfortable, unsupported position. I have the mattress and love it, but unfortunately, these were a total waste of money. I contacted Tempur-Pedic to see if I could return or exchange them and I basically was dismissed and told that "we are a no waste company." I am really disappointed with the product and even more disappointed with the customer service.

This Pillow has no neck support. Terrible decision and purchase on my part. Don't make the same mistake I made. Not worth the money! Not even close!
