[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I won't lie. Going from a standard pillow all my life to this cooling, memory foam pillow was a transition I did not enjoy at first. After sticking with it, it has made a huge difference to my neck and back. The cooling function is good (it doesn't stay cold to the touch, but keeps you from getting hot, which is its purpose!) Gone are the days of needing 2 pillows under my head to sleep comfortably. These pillows are thick, heavy, and downright comfy!
