I was looking for a thicker pillow and it starts thick, but squishes to flat. The cooling lasts about 10 seconds aswell then its warm.

This pillow is a dream, pun intended, and it allows me to sleep well and wake up each morning pain free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my absolute favorite pillow of a lifetime dot my only qualm is they said it was buy one get one free and I was charged for two. Maybe I read it wrong but I do love this pillow so I will keep it and not complain I just wasn't ready to buy two at that time. I can't say enough good things about this pillow. I'm a massage therapist and know the value of a good pillow. You absolutely cannot go wrong with this one! I'm a lifer With this pillow and my son is going to college so I will give it to him. Thank you guys for creating quality stuff!!

It does feel cool to the touch, but it doesn't hold up it's shape as well as my original Temper-pedic. Overall, I'm disappointed when comparing to the pillow I had before.
