The only complaint I have with them is that they are extremely heavy and I have difficulty when making the bed and needing to move them.

The pillows hold shape and they have really helped me sleep since I was struggling so much with my old pillow. I wish this pillow was a little more "dense" but that is just personal preference and nothing to do with the pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a side sleeper and have generally liked more firm and supportive pillows. I was hoping this pillow would be those things while also helping to keep me cool. After the first few nights I was very disappointed with this purchase because the pillow would get compressed very flat when laying on it (especially if I want to put my hand underneath my pillow), instead of offering firm shape to support my neck/head. However, after using this pillow for a few months I have grown to really enjoy it and find it more comfortable each day. The memory foam will slowly expand and conform to offer more support as you lay still. I never awake with neck or shoulder pain anymore and feel like this pillow helps me get better sleep with less tossing and turning. Overall, I do think for side sleepers it could use just touch more firmness, but is still the most comfortable memory foam pillow I have used yet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was using a king size Tempur-Pedic pillow and was very happy with it but was to heavy for me to move around. I thought the pillow was so comfortable for me with the only problem being the size and weight that I bought two more in queen-size. The queen size is easier for me to move around as I change its position when I sleep because I like to curl up and move the pillow to my new sleep position. The pillow also stays comfortable through the night without need to fluff or adjust pillow stuffing.

They are so comfortable, nice and cool, and it's wonderful to be able to flip the pillow to get the other cool side if need be. These are my favorite pillows and well worth the money!!

I love how the pillow adjust to your position to provide maximum comfort, while providing neck support. I also really enjoyed the cooling technology inside of the pillow. Living in Texas can be quite hot, so the cooling gel is a cool welcome. Sinking into the cool pillow, it keeps you nice and chill while you fall asleep.
