Not a good pillow

Im not sure why there's so many good reviews for this pillow. It's terrible! The first couple nights the cooling worked great, but now it's as if it doesn't work at all. This pillow is way too thick and when the foam compresses it just gets hard. You will wake up with a neck ache and night sweats guaranteed! I can't see how this pillow would be good for any sleeping position. I'm 6'2" and weigh 230lbs and it still doesn't sink down enough to be properly aligned. I hope this helps someone considering making such a large purchase on a pillow, but I'm sure this review will get pushed to the bottom just like all the other bad reviews. I have an order in for a $5000 tempurpedic bed and now I'm concerned I made the wrong choice.

Way to tall for a side sleeper and back sleeper.

Really hurts my neck because it's too tall and when sleeping on my side, the cool gel part barely touches my head. I don't have a short neck either, it's just the pillow. It needs to not be so high.

Best Pillow EVER!!!

I bought 2 of the king size of this pillow. Not only do they lay beautifully on my bed but it is the best sleep I have ever had. I usually wake up with some back/neck discomfort but that is gone. Thank you for making the best pillow I cannot stop raving about it!!!

I have finally slept solidly through the night!!! And overslept by hours! These pillows were delivered last night, GAME CHANGER!!!! And because I slept through the night, I didn't eat multiple times in the middle of the night!

This is an absolutely terrible pillow. I wake up multiple time per night because my head sinks all the way down to the bed. Absolutely unacceptable for a $200+ pillow to have no neck support. Will be throwing it away as any cheap pillow is better than this garbage.

Not nearly as firm as the last time.

I bought 2 of these 3 years ago and was blown away by the firm and cool comfort of the pillows. This time the pillows are soft and do not support my head and neck. I now use the new ones too add some fluff. My older ones are still far more firm.

I bought these as an early Christmas gift for my hubby - he tends to overheat at night and oftentimes wakes up as sweaty as if he ran a marathon (okay, maybe a half-marathon). We've tried other pillows, sheets, cooling pads - these pillows seem to work the best for him at keeping him comfortable! Once they were out of the box and he slept on them once he was hooked...so much so that he's sworn off everything else and has been talking about them to almost everyone.
I would recommend this to a friend!
