I love the cooling gel. I don't love the brick feel. It is comfortable but it would be much more comforting if it had cushion under the gel so my head didn't sink so far into one spot slightly kinking my neck. Cloud is not a good explanation for these pillows.

Absolutely stiff as a board. You can't move around at all at night without waking up because the pillow doesn't move with you at all. Complete waste of money and they offer no type of compensation if you don't like the pillow. Never buying anything from Tempur-pedic again. Customer service is of zero help and pretty much says "Sorry the pillow sucks, that's too bad. But you're stuck with it."

If you enjoy wearing a helmet and neck brace to bed, this pillow is for you. Also doubles as a weapon. If someone breaks into your house in the middle of the night, just hit them with this metallic pillow and they will be going night night. As for you going night night, this pillow is not for you. They say "this pillow will soften over time" but only running it over with a car would be effective enough to do so. Do not buy. If you want to pay this much money for neck pain, just go to a Mets game and watch the other team hit dinger after dinger until you get whiplash.
