[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave this to my fiancé for Christmas. He has been raving about it ever since. The material is cool to the touch. It contours around your head and has eliminated his neck pain. I was worried it might be too thick/high but it is perfect. The only negative I can think of is that it would not be great for travel as it is a bit heavy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great overall pillow. The memory foam is supportive and it does have a cool to the touch feeling on both sides. It does take a week or two to break in as with Tempur-pedic beds. The one down side is that the cooling feeling does not last very long. The pillow doesn't get warm, but if you're expecting it to be cool throughout the night, you'll be disappointed. No head or neck pain either. If you're looking for a pillow that's supportive and has a cool feeling when you lay your head down, this pillow does the job.
