[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been awhile since I purchased a Tempur pillow. I liked the firmness of my previous one but it was time to replace it. This pillow is a medium firm (in my opinion) and a little less than I expected based on the description. No pillow is ever perfect, but I'm pretty happy with it. It's initially cool on your head and stays that way for a little bit; I didn't expect it to be able to stay cool for a long period so no complaints there. I'm a side and stomach sleeper and would recommend it for the side and back sleepers out there. I push it out of the way for stomach sleeping.

After a while, my wife decided she wanted one as well - hence this purchase. It's a great pillow - great support and the cooling feature makes the pillow even better. The combination of the cooling mattress and the companion cooling pillow has provided both of us a better night's sleep.

I took a chance with the return policy in mind and bought two. These pillows sleep cool and warm up to your body temp and help you fall asleep faster. I don't have to worry about it not supporting my head and neck, and it's worth every penny of what it costs. Check it out for yourself and see what you think. It works well for us, and we don't regret spending the money on a good night's sleep.

These pillows are so firm that we cannot use them. It is so unfortunate that they are so expensive and then don't live up to the advertising on the Tempur website and, of course, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Customer service said they should "soften up" over time. They cannot even be used in order to be softened up - literally woke up with neck pain after the first use and haven't been able to use since and I paid $150+ per pillow. I wanted a Tempur Bed but after this experience I will not be giving Tempur any more of my money.
