The cooling part is really nice for about 30 seconds, but it will tend to reach the same temperature as your head/neck the longer you are resting. All in all, a good pillow.

The old adage goes, "cooler than the other side of the pillow" and these pillows truly are just that. Cooling, calming and the best sleep aid I've ever experienced. Nothing about 2020 has been easy, but ordering these pillows was simple and they have literally helped us sleep more soundly. Two thumbs way up!
