Between my wife and I, we've purchased countless pillows only for them to wear out quickly and go flat. We've had these pillows for almost a year and a half and these never went flat and are the most comfortable pillow we have ever used. So much so, that we ended up buying some for our parents and they also love them. You will not regret spending the money on these! Just like every Tempur-Pedic product they're made for comfort and to last!

My friend has older ones and they feel firmer than the new ones that I received. I don't know why mine is too soft they flatten out as soon as I put my head on them. I don't have time to request for return so I'll just use them.

I wouldn't wish this pillow on my worst enemy. I feel like a bunch of gremlins beat my neck and back with wiffle bats after sleeping on this thing. I see now why there's a "No Return Policy" they know good and well it sucks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never leave reviews, but this time I do need to share. A friend of mine told me about the TEMPUR-Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling Pillows. I ordered two King Size. I didn't really know if there would be a difference between my old pillows and these new ones. BUT, I slept through the night like a baby and woke up feeling energetic. Both sides of the pillow have some type of cooling in them. The only problem is that I don't want to get out of bed in the mornings :) I'm more than happy with the investment I made and wish I would have known about them sooner. FYI - I am a real purchaser and have not been compensated to give this review.
