A Sleep Like No Other

Not as comfortable as expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow seems to be good quality but tends to really compress down which is good for "forming" to your head/neck but has the downside of becoming compacted and uncomfortable. It even hurts my ears sometimes when compacted against the side of my head. It also compresses down too much to the point of losing neck support. I find myself sticking my hand underneath the pillow to try to prop it back up, which of course just makes it even more compacted and uncomfortable. I love Tempur-Pedic products (their mattresses are great) but this pillow ultimately disappointed, particularly for the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great support for the average body

I've noticed I sleep all night non-stop, wake up well rested and without neck pain which I was experiencing with my old pillow. The material is soft but firm, it "hugs" your head and neck all night long. I think this is a great pillow for the average body. On the other hand, my husband is a bit more strong / heavy and he would prefer the pillow to be a little bit firmer, he has a good night sleep but the pillow sinks easily, we had to add an extra thin pillow to give him the support. I think a more firm pillow would work best for him.

Best pillow ever for a back or side sleeper

I surprised her with the pillow one night, and the moment she laid her head down, she said "it feels like its hugging my head!" Seriously, the cooling strip absolutely works, and the memory foam cradles your head. I was worried about memory foam, because it can be unforgiving when moving around, but that isn't the case with these pillows. I travel a lot for work, and have experienced 100's of different pillows, and this is without a doubt my favorite! The only possible complaint I have is the heft; they're a bit heavy for a pillow, but it's not like you're moving it around a lot anyway. Morning neck pain is gone, we sleep better and cooler, and the "cloud" name is spot-on. Get yourself one (or two)!

Tempur-pedic delivered! I would like to see it be more firm when laying on it but it holds it shape great otherwise.
