This pillow is solid and heavy and with the cooling feature helps achieve that. I took advantage of the BOGO offer as this pillow is expensive, but you get what you pay for now a days. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality sleeper. I promise it won't disappoint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First impressions of this pillow were that it was hard, heavy, and uncomfortable, I even got a kink in my neck after the first few nights. But eventually the pillow broke in and I've never slept better. I'm a hot sleeper and the gel inserts do make a noticeable difference when I'm trying to fall asleep. I've noticed the cooling sensation goes away after awhile of laying on the pillow as your body heat transfers into it but you can just flip it over to get more cooling. I'm a strict side sleeper and I have broad shoulders but this pillow is thick and firm enough to give my neck the support it needs. If you're a hot sleeper and are tired of replacing flat pillows all the time I would highly recommend the tempur-cloud breeze.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not quite the comfort I was expecting. The cooling pads work at keeping the pillow cool but only for a short period of time. My head sunk in to much to provide reasonable comfort to sleep well. This was not the pillow for me. Now they will adorn a place on the guest room bed like all the other failed pillows that offer no return!
