Not Very Firm At All

Got two of these pillows because the description was “medium/firm”. They are not firm at all. Your head sink into it when you lay down. As they don’t accept returns, we are basically stuck with two pillows that don’t meet our needs. They are well made pillows but lack support for a side sleeper.

Cool and Comfortable

This pillow is the ABSOLUTE best! It stays cool and when I get out the bed and lay back down, it Puffs back up. It's worth every penny. Go get you one or two...or three 😊

Quality seems low for price

I was hoping this would help provide a stable cushion for my head while I sleep but woke up with neck pain and headache sometimes. I tried different pillows sheets that were tighter and looser but it was still the same. The cooling feature definitely works and feels good. Wish it would have been the quality of the pillow.

Great material, but too lathe

Great support, but remains very thick and keeps my head too high. Unfortunately it can’t be returned fir a thinner version.

Terrible smell that never went away

Had this pillow for months but the “off gas” of the pillow is so strong it’s unbearable to use. I tried doing what Tempurpedic told me to help get the smell out but nothing worked. It smells like chemicals that are definitely not making me feel good about what this pillow is made out of. Very unfortunate since I used to only buy tempurpedic pillows.

This pillow is not good for anyone with neck pain! Worst pillow ever. Woke up with more neck pain than before. This is not a medium firm pillow, more like and extra firm! Do not recommend!

Drastically improved sleep

Improved sleep and reduce pains. Already recommended this product to others. There is a strong chemical smell when first opened that seems to take a few weeks to go away
