[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was expecting the pillow to stay cool all night - wrong - stays cool for about 5-10 minutes and then is just like any other pillow. This is otherwise a comfortable pillow and I expect it will last a long time. But, honestly, its sightly less comfortable than my old tempurpedic pillow which is now about 12 years old and still very comfortable. Only got the new one because of the cooling feature. Not worth $189.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were the most expensive(and heavy) pillows I have ever purchased. It took some adjustment at first, but once I got used to sleeping on them I couldn't go back. I am a very hot sleeper and these keep me cool all night. 10/10 would recommend.

This thing goes super flat when laying on it and becomes extremely uncomfortable. This pillow is not worth the money and you will regret purchasing it. You need a 2nd pillow just to make it useable and then it's still uncomfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two of these pillows and it's been 3 months but the chemical smell is still there. I have other memory foam pillows and even a tempurpedic mattress and the smell always dissipated within a day or to but for some reason these pillows just reek! I've taken the covers off and had a fan on them for days but the smell will not leave.
