[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is quite heavy but don't let that fool you into thinking it's a rock. It is perfect. The foam flattens when you lay on it but not too much. It's creates a perfect shape. The cool gel thing is genius. It never gets hot. Never. What I love the most though is that the foam creates this little divot where my ear is on the pillow. I love this because I have a piercing on my inner conch (ear). Every other pillow makes the back of that earring press into my skull and it becomes so painful. This pillow doesn't do that. I can actually sleep now. Also, I suffer from dizzy spells. When they happen I need to get my head an neck cool while laying down. This pillow does that, no ice pack needed.
