I bought the queen size recently, because the regular size was not offered online. The queen size a single pillow for my use. The other of the set is used on a twin mattress. I have sleep apnea, using a CPAP machine next to my bed. This pillow elevates my head, while being cozy support for my arthritic neck and shoulders. My CPAP mask w/plastic nose guard delivers air into my lungs. Perfect adjustment with my new pillow. Breathing well all night. This pillow was expensive and also an excellent addition to my comfort of sleep.

It's firm but not to firm. My head and neck stay in alignment with my spine. It took about a week to get used to but I absolutely love it! And the cooling gel inside is a total bonus!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the king size of this pillow for a few years and as a side sleeper who can get hot in middle of the night, this pillow is wonderful and helps with the shoulder pain I was getting with flatter pillows. I got the queen size so that I can take a pillow to travel with. Not sleeping as well away from home does make for a less than great trip, and lugging a king size pillow was heavy and difficult to carry with other luggage.
