[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's extremely heavy, hard to the touch, and uncomfortable to sleep on whatever way you sleep. These were very expensive to not love. Not worth the money whatsoever. I've started to get ear aches on whichever side on sleeping on due to how hard the pillow gets. It doesn't stay cool. Only at first touch otherwise the temperature is very warm/hot. You often have to flip the pillow throughout the night to get more support and the "cool" sensation again. Do not buy.

The pillow is amazing and stays cool all the time - I have replaced all My pillows now with these and have got pillows for my children since they suffer with migraines also . It has helped us tremendously

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For $250 pillows I expected something better than the previous $50 pillows I was replacing. I'm a huge fan of my Tempurpedic mattress and expect to be a lifelong user of them going forward. However the pillows are not nearly as impressive especially for the price point. They flatten out almost immediately once you lay your head down so you'll another soft pillow if you like to elevate your head slightly in bed like I do. When they are at rest it looks fine and regain their original shape fairly well but there's almost no firmness to them and they feel like they flatten down almost to the mattress once you lay your head down. Lesson learned and won't be buying their branded pillows again but will continue to sleep on their mattresses for sure.

I had an older pillow form years ago that was a cooling pillow from you and was amazing. This new pillow lacks big time.
