This pillow lifts you up enough to align you properly, which is why I no longer have neck, or shoulder pain. Since my husband started to use this pillow he no longer snores, which amazes me! They are cool to the touch which makes it so comfortable and calming. This pillow has improved our sleep experience. Make the investment, you'll be very happy! A++

King Memory Foam Pillow With Cooling Gel

The cooling gel is nice and therapeutic and the memory foam supports in all the right places. I went with the King Size to have the extra real estate. The King Size length can be awkward in certain places you want to use it, for example I love using it on my couch but it's length hangs beyond the edge of the couch cushion. Despite King Size sometimes being difficult to manage, I love how it is long enough to be a partial body pillow. I own 2 king size so end to end, technically they can be used as a make shift body pillow. I think if there was a body pillow version i would be interested, i'm sure for the right price. The pillow itself, no matter what size, is super satisfying. If you're looking for a memory foam pillow that cools, Tempur-Pedics Memory Foam Pillows with Cooling Gel will get the job done.
