[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pillow on a bogo for Christmas and although it is pricey it is well worth it. There is a break in period so I recommend you use the pillow a lot but once broken in it's awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased (2) of these pillows. We both found them to not be as supportive to other Tempur pillows we've had over the years. These being King pillows are the most expensive and least comfortable we've had, disappointed for sure. Don't do what we did and assume top of the line and expensive means better quality with Tempr. We would suggest going into a retail site to try them out first. The biggest issue is they go flat as a pancake and don't support your neck and head. However, the cooling effect does work when you first lay your head down the first 10-15 minutes before it warms up and that's nice. We use these just as a base across our king bed but sleep with standard size tempur pillows that are more comfortable and easier to flip and move around. You can not flip the king size easy, they are better used as a foundation pillow in our opinion.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I do have to flip it occasionally, like once every day or so if I lay too long on it just to get the cool from the other side. It's really the best pillow I have ever owned. My golden retriever thinks so too and likes to sleep above my head while I'm sleeping.
