It took time for me to get use to these pillows. They are cool and that's great. However, they're very heavy so if you sleep on your side with you arms underneath the pillow, it may be uncomfortable. I like them when the bed is tilting/sitting up because they're a little flat and that's when the pillows are the most useful.

I was a bit hesitant to purchase this due to price but the reviews here convinced me otherwise and I'm glad I did! Had a few issues with delivery since UPS decided to deliver it to the wrong apartment that took me days before I found it. But Tempur Pedic customer service are top notch and was there to help me all the way.

I was hesitant to buy this pillow knowing I wouldn't be able to return it. I had tried out a different cooling pillow before this. I can say with certainty that the cooling gel definitely gets & stays colder than just having holes for circulation. I showed the pillow off to my boyfriend and he tried t steal it! He ended up buying his own. It's very comfortable and supportive. Fantastic pillow. Cons: there is a distinctive smell at first, but it goes away in time. The pillow is very dense. The weight of it is not conducive to traveling, but the pros far outweigh the cons, in my book. ;)

I was a bit leery about spending so much for a pillow but I gave in. I am not sorry at all. It is the best pillow that I have ever had. It took me about a week to get use to it but now I wouldn't trade it for anything. I use to wake up with sweaty hair in the morning but not any more. I would highly recommend this pillow.

I bought this pillow after having neck pain. I've had this pillow for 5 years now. It has kept it's shape and is my all time favorite pillow. Everyone in my family has one now. The "cooling" part doesn't work as well as when I first bought it, but is still the most comfortable pillow I've ever owned. Highly recommend!
