[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered these pillows as a Christmas gift for my husband and I. I don't know that I've ever been more disappointed with a product. The pillow is supposedly firm, but we don't find them firm at all. The collapse under the weight of the head. Considering how expensive they were I expected so much more. When I tried to exchange or return I was told that wasn't allowed because tempurpedic is a green company. So, now we're stuck with these pillows that we hate. I would suggest going to a retail store to feel them in person, do not order online.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is comfortable, but the gel doesn't really keep the pillow that cool. The pillow actually heats up more than my others. I also use the contour pillow, and it actually stays as cool as the cloud breeze. All in all I am happy with the pillow, it's better than almost all others. I wouldn't recommend this product simply because it's not going to do what someone will expect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got into an argument with my wife and she threw this pillow at me and told me to sleep in the spare room. I was delighted! I took the pillow and marched upstairs holding it like a precious newborn baby. I laid it down on the bed and angels began to sing as I pulled back the covers and snuggled in. The cool touch to my cheek as I laid upon it reminded me of a Fall day in New England. The turning of the leaves danced in my head as I fell into a deep slumber. The next morning I woke up and immediately told my wife her new jeans made her butt look big. Her response was "you'll be sleeping upstairs again tonight!" We've been unhappily married since I got this pillow but I've never slept better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first a struggled with the type of pillow this is, I was used to pillows with feathers, or chopped up foam, but within a few days I got used to it and now I love it. The only reason why I give it 4 stars is that is a little low. I need to place a thinner pillow under this one so my neck and back align, so I wish it was just a few of inches deeper, but I love to coolness and support I get from it. I'd definitely purchase again.
