[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have slept with the original tempur pedic pillow since 2008. But after 16 yrs, felt it was time for a new one. Purchased for myself & spouse. At first it feels great with the coolness. After a few minutes, coolness goes away & pillow feels flat & hard, very uncomfortable. Did we get a bad batch? We both have tried to sleep with it multiple times over past 2 months, but both of us are back to our 16 yr old tempur pillows. Shame there are no refunds as expensive as these are. As the ole saying goes " they don't make things like they use to". I will never purchase tempur pillows again. Actually can't afford any new luxury pillows now & will remain with our old. So sad! Wanted to love it but we don't.

I gave birth for the first time three months ago and my mother in law washed my pillow without telling me. I immediately knew something was wrong. I had a 40 hour labor and was counting on my pillow to help me get that initial rest when you first come home. I had to order a brand new pillow since my old one had been washed without my consent. I will always need my beloved tempurpedic pillow to help me get the best sleep possible through all of life's big moments.

It's advertised as fit for all type sleepers but I'd say it's more for back sleepers. For as much as it was I was pretty disappointed.

You can't send these back or get a refund, so be sure you get the right one! I like the one with a little depression for your head better. This is tough on the neck if you sleep on your back at all. Otherwise, great product!

Then you need to get the Tempur-pedic self cooling pillows. I used to toss and turn until I got these pillows. I now own 4 abs have gifted two Best thing I ever bought for my sleep sanity. I no longer Toss and turned. I sleep through the night in the same position I went to sleep in I highly recommend these pillows

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a memory foam pillow in the past (not Tempur brand) that I absolutely loved. I had it for about 12 years and thought it was time to upgrade. I like a nice, soft memory foam that you just sink into. Unfortunately, this pillow is definitely not that. I bought this one because it said it was good for all sleeping preferences (side & back), so thought there would be some softness to it. Definitely not the case. It is just not to my liking. When I sleep on my back, I feel like my chin is being forced into my chest. It does stay nice and cool, which is nice though. If you like a firm, thick pillow, this is a good one for you. If you'd like a nice soft pillow to sink into, stay away from this product. Sidenote... I wish they would do a money back guarantee because this is a lot of money to spend on a pillow that you don't love.
