[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these about a month ago roughly... and I'm not sure about these... they do stay cool which is nice.. I think it's too firm for me, at times I wake up with a headache or my neck sore... and 1/2 the other no issue... I'm a side and back sleeper, mostly side. So I'm not sure if they have another pillow like this that is a little softer, if so I would like to exchange it and try it out. But, if you like firm pillows that stay cool then I would say give it a try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased two of these expensive pillows assuming they would be similar to our prior tempurpedic pillows. Unfortunately that was not the case. They may be the worst pillows I have ever attempted to use, no support and extremely soft. I then called customer service hoping to exchange or return and they said that was against company policy and there was nothing that could be done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cool aspect is great and lasts a bit but once the pillow flattens from pressure it stays flat and doesn't fluff back up to conform very quickly. I often find myself replacing it with another pillow when I wake up in the night.

Very disappointed- the first two months these pillows were great- now they do no hold shape while you sleep on them. Extremely disappointed considering they were not cheap. Was considering getting a bed but after these disappointing pillows I am going to explore other options!
