When I first felt the pillow I thought it was just right. Soft yet airy. Unfortunately this pillow goes flat and hard within seconds. I gave it to my husband to try and he didn't like it either. I'm so disappointed and I'm out $125 for something that will be thrown away.

My head sunk down to mattress within a couple seconds. Wish I could get a pillow like my first Tempurpedic. It's also A LOT to spend to not be able to get a refund. Offered an exchange and got another pillow I don't like. Out $200+

Was skeptical at first of spending the $$$, but after getting the bed what was a few extra dollars. It was definitely worth it! I've had pillows like the my pillow and an Ugg pillow from B,B and B and not even close to as good.

I had a Tempur Cloud Breeze from 4 yrs ago. The pillow was great, but did wear out and so I bought a new one a couple months ago. The new pillow is lighter in weight (which is fine with me), but does not seem to have the same supportive quality. I've been waking up every morning for the last week with neck stiffness and a headache. I'm actually going to go look for a new pillow today.

Although the pillow is cool initially, it does warm after about 15 minutes. It is very high for neck support. Also, it is too firm for sleeping, but seems to collapse if your resting your back against it. Just can't seem to get comfortable with it. Not happy with return policy either because if I had bought at store, there would have been no issue to return or exchange, however because I ordered online directly, I can't even get an exchange to see if I got a defective product. Won't be shopping Tempur-Pedic in the future.

My last Temp cooling pillow held its shape and stayed cool right up to the last 6 months I owned. I believe some place between 5 and 7 years. This new one rather goes close to flat in minutes and looses its cool that fast. I have to flip it a few times before I can fall asleep.
