These pillows are horrible. What a waste of money. It almost completely loses all structure and support under your head over the course of the night. I have to wake up and flip the pillow so I can have support under my head. I tried for a warranty claim as I have other TEMPUR-Pedic pillows that I have loved. But they denied my claim. Such a disappointment. I have been unable to sleep since I got the pillow.

I'm very disappointed with this pillow. I took a chance after reading a lot of reviews and spent a lot of money to get a pair of these. It does seem to have a light cooling feature, but that's the only positive. If you change positions the pillow takes forever to reform and you end up lying on a flat material. If you typically sleep with your arm/hand under your pillow, know you won't have luck with this pillow. Doing so makes the underside flatten and again you end up trying to sleep on flattened material. If I could return these I would. The only person I think this pillow would work for is someone who sleeps on their back and doesn't move during the night. So, if that's you, go for it :)
