Apparently Tempur-Pedic has changed their products dramatically since I purchased the first pillow from them almost 10 years ago. I purchased the first pillow for my mother who was ill and, I felt, needed a high quality pillow. She passed and I inherited the pillow and found it to be awesome, providing great support, comfortable, and not collapsing too quickly. Not the same with these pillows. My girlfriend likes it, but I do not. I planned to return both pillows but girlfriend wanted to keep one...so, the story goes, I still would like to return one of two. Sadly, I wanted to exchange it for a firmer pillow, but according to CSR helping me navigate web-page, there are no choices similar to the one I preferred, the one I purchased over ten years ago. You might like it, I did not.

I bought this pillow because of the buy one get one free promo and was so excited to get this because of the great reviews but I used it the first time last night and it was so stiff it gave me neck pain. I had to get up at 3 am to get my old pillow because this one hurts my neck :(

My husband & I really like these cool pillows. We sleep on a Tempur-pedic mattress and now the pillows and the cooling topper, also. We love all of these products. We may never be able to go on vacation again. I stay cool and comfort and the bed is adjustable to meet our sleeping needs. Wonderful quality sleep.

I've always slept with down pillows but every other day I'd wake up with a sore neck. My son is a huge advocate of this pillow and I begrudgingly succumbed. Wow Definitely worth every penny. If I could afford the mattress I would purchase it immediately. Something to save towards. I mean isn't sleep worth it's value in gold?

A quality built pillow that really doesn't live up to the promise. I understood that purchasing this pillow that it wouldn't completely stop a hot nights sleep. However, I was surprised at how quickly the cooling fades away. Once you lay your head down, you definitely feel a nice crisp cooling sensation. This sensation is short lived. It becomes just another heavy pillow that forgets its main purpose. On the plus side, it's a real quality built pillow. Nothing cheap here. Maybe my expectations were a little high, especially after realizing what I just paid. Would I buy this again? No. I gave it three stars and that's being generous. The quality is worth at least a couple stars and one star for the one moment of coolness. It's just okay, but definitely not worth the price.
