[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two pillows, this one and the Cloud cooling Prolo. And I liked this pillow but favor the Cloud Cooling Pillow best but this was a close 2nd. It has a slightly less cooling factor and is a much heavier pillow so more difficult if you sleep on your side with an are under the pillow. But if don't the very comfortable laying on back or side, but just don't try to move it around too much or put are under it just it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Soft and cool - compresses easily and returns quickly

I have an older "Grand" Pillow which is pretty firm and thick, but it still is a better supporting pillow for me (back or side sleep). This one has a soft feel and stays cool but compresses and returns quickly giving it a spongy feel. After washing the case and a month, the pillow still has the foam odor in it. I wish the tags were on the inside the case.

I bought this pillow because it was supposed to be designed for all sleep positions. Sounds great since I am a side and back sleeper. However, these pillows are extremely heavy/dense and unyielding. The back of your head will only sink into the pillow if you're deliberately arching your back and forcing your head down on it. Using this pillow I end up with neck muscle spasms all day long from incorrect posture caused by these stiff pillows. Very shameful to sell expensive, non-returnable products with misleading claims.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is extra fluffy and has great support without adding pressure on the side of my head. I'm a side sleeper and this works perfectly. Unlike firmer pillows that can hurt my ear after laying on them for a while, this one is fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I purchased 2 king cloud breeze duel cooling pillows that we are extremely dissatisfied with. We got to the point that we put them in the trash. They had an odor that was identified immediately as normal for new pillows and we were told that we should air them out. We tried, but we both got headaches from the scent every time we used them, before and after airing them out. We reached out to tempur-pedic seeking an exchange to another pillow that we already owned in a queen size, to which we were pointed to the link on the website that says they don't accept returns or refunds on pillows due to the sensitive nature of the product, but they do on mattresses, when someone entire body is pressed against that, not just their face. After being told that they wouldn't help us with an exchange or return, my wife and I decided that we had no desire to do business with a company that treated customers with such disregard.
