The dual cooling feature really does keep you cool through the night which I need regardless the time of the year. The pillow conforms to your head and neck and supports comfortably. Could be firmer. I do t feel the cooling effect either. If you like a firmer pillow absolutely do NOT buy this one.

Side sleeper with obstructive sleep apnea. First night using I slept for over 9 hours and had less than 2 waking episodes, according to my CPAP readings. Magic?! (FWIW I'm using with a single insert.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow made my neck pain worse. It doesn't compress like a down pillow so it feels a bit different. The cooling effect works but the neck pain was too much and I cannot return it as the 90d return policy is only applicable to mattresses. Thanks to false advertising.

I cannot even begin explaining how incredible these pillows are. We haven't changed our pillows in a long time out of fear that we wouldn't find that one perfect pillow. Well we finally found the perfect ones !!! It is soft and firm. It conforms perfectly to your head. I can't even explain it. Amazing pillow.
