Then one night, we slept at my sister in laws house and these were the pillows they had for us in the guest room. I fell in love with them. I had such a great night's sleep that I ordered them that next day. Trust me, you will love them too!

I just unboxed them so I haven't slept on them yet, but the gel is so COLD. It's perfect. I wish they were slightly more firm and a little taller, but I'm also used to sleeping on 3 old flat pillows so I'm used to being up higher love love love them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So we've had these for a little while now and they claim to be medium firm but they feel very firm, they are too lofty for my husband and I. I am 5'3, a back and side sleeper, my husband is 5'7 and a back sleeper. The cooling effect is the only nice thing about the pillow. I still woke up with neck aches. I recommend trying in store before buying because you cannot return.
