This product ways so much. It is a chore just to move the pillow of the bed. The firmness is not the same as a similar pillow from the same company. I am not impressed with this product at all. It is causing neck pain when sleeping. Do not recommend.

While it's great at cooling, it's doesn't stay full, it goes very flat. I love the Tempur-Pedicure brand, but this pillow isn't what I expected at all.

We never used them because of this but then Tempur-Pedic would not let me return, even used. I would not buy these pillows.
