Comfortable, perfect positioning, gentle cooling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband got one of these when we initially bought our mattress. At that time I got the breeze contour pillow in the same order, but several months later I'd taken a nap using his pillow and woke up with absolutely no neck pain. Finally ordered one of these for myself and it has been wonderfully comfortable. It took maybe two weeks to get used to it but I can't sleep without it now. My contour pillow has been promoted to a lumbar support position whenever we're in zero-G watching TV. Only con I can come up with is it's not as cooling as the one my husband received, but I attribute that to different covers. The two pillows we got along with our mattress (an in-store order) came with second exterior covers that also have the breeze fabric. I sweat more with this than with my contour pillow. However the positioning for my neck and the softness compared to my contour are worth a little extra warmth.

First of all, it's not really even cooling? And then it has no support whatsoever. Whoever decided to put medium firm on here should be fired. I'm a side sleeper and my head sinks directly through the pillow and I can feel my mattress. The whole point of the pillow is to fill the gap between your shoulder and head, not just let your head tilt back down and be all crooked. Even if I put my arm under the pillow to raise the pillow height, it feels like I'm sleeping directly on my arm since there's no support in the pillow and I just sink in. What a huge waste of money. I was actually excited when I bought two of these for my wife and I since she decided to wash our old Bedgear pillows (and destroy them in the washer) after the baby threw up on them. Well if you're looking for any kind of firmness whatsoever then look for a different one. Too bad you can't return these since they come with no sleep trial. Don't let all the amazing reviews for this pillow be the deciding factor. I actually did a week's worth of research since I was looking for high quality pillows and I'm so upset with myself that I ended up with these.

Cooling lasts about 3 mins before getting warm and pillow starts to sink in so far that it feels you're barely sleeping on anything at all. I enjoyed it at first but after a few days it was very lack luster for the price of these pillows.

They definitely had some weight to them; I was surprised how heavy. Putting them on the bed with the weight they seem to stay put especially with the adjustable mattress. I must say thus far truly a wonderful night sleep; my head and neck felt supported whether on my back or side. Best purchase. Tempur Adapt Luxe I also highly recommend; in one word Wow.
