[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the most comfortable and well made pillow I've owned. It outperforms $150 plus Bloomingdales pillows I was using. This pillow has eliminated all of my neck aches, it's cool to the touch and maintains its shape without having to fluff it. Only downside is that it's very heavy but the quality is superb.

My husband and I call them our amazingly comfortable sack of cement pillows. They are extremely heavy but they are so comfortable to sleep on that we both sleep better. My husband was waking up with a stiff neck or a sore ear and this pillow has eliminated those issues. I highly recommend these pillows!

I gave it 3 stars because the pillow is cool when you first lay down, but does not stay cool and my head still sweats. I would flip it, but it is too heavy to do in the middle of the night. Perhaps if the 'cooling pad' was bigger, it might work better. The pillow is sizable and a bit difficult to stuff into standard pillow cases.
