This pillow has been a godsend for him, and he loves it. I am a side/back sleeper, with mostly neck/shoulder pain. This pillow hasn't provided enough support for me, especially when i side sleep soI've switched back to my other tempurpedic which is better for side sleeping.

But worth the cost and the weight. I occasionally flip it over and enjoy the opposite extra cool side.
