Unfortunately, my favorite Tempur-Pedic pillow frozen & broke in two when I forgot it one day in my SUV during a winter storm in Montana. It was time to replace it anyway. I saw this pillow & called the pillow engineering professionals, they said that this pillow was basically the "new" one of what my old one was. So I bought two. It is very tuff, or stiff. Not at all like my last one. However it does have the cool side which I absolutely love. I wish things could stay the same. The whole if it's not broke don't fix it.

I have a tempur pillow that I bought 10 to 12 years ago. Held it's shape and I take it traveling with me. So I thought I would buy another with the cooling feature. The first couple of times of use I could feel the cooling feature for maybe an hour in the beginning of the night and nothing since. I have both pillows side by side on my bed as I like to roll from one side to the other. Literally no difference in the cooling feature to the other one. Disappointed as I love to be cool at night.

The quality is great but my husband and myself do not care for it. I wish they had one that was lighter than this one.
