[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Normally I don't write reviews unless I truly love a product and I don't like writing bad reviews because it just feels like complaining however I spent A LOT of money on two pillows and they are... mediocre quality. I'm unsure as to why they're called "cooling" because these pillows do not cool whatsoever. I was also under the impression that Tempur-Pedic were top-notch grade A quality products yet ever since I've used this pillow, I wake up with a sore neck. The pillow itself sinks almost flat and there is no support. I just can't bring myself to think of anything positive about these pillows. They're expensive, painful, and stay at the same temperature as your head. Unfortunately, I'm extremely dissatisfied with these pillows.

When I got my first Tempur-cloud breeze I finally got a good nights sleep and woke up without a neck ache. Just bought my first replacement. Will never buy a different pillow again. I have had neck pain and insomnia since I got this pillow. It is not for side sleepers. When you lay on it it sinks down to the mattress. It is not fluffy enough for side sleepers, and it does not hold it's shape. Even with a pillow underneath it it is still unusable. I accidentally threw away my receipt so now I'm stuck with it. The only pro I can list is that it is pretty cooling. Do not waste your money.

I own practically every single pillow, and I love the cooling pillow because, as a side sleeper, it's firm enough to prop my head up without causing any neck pain. I cannot recommend enough!!
