Great pillows

It took a little getting used to at first, but now I love this pillow. Once I adjusted to it, I noticed a big difference in comfort and sleep quality. It’s supportive, comfortable, and definitely worth the adjustment period.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The cooling effect is amazing, and the density and height of the pillow work wonders for my neck and shoulders. I only wish it were slightly softer, but I’m enjoying it just the way it is. So comfortable!

I've never had a pillow like this before (TEMPUR-Cloud Dual Cooling - Queen)—it's brand new, and yet when I put my head on it it completely decompresses, as if it's an old, worn out cushion. My head ends up almost at the same level as the mattress, definitely not the intended experience (medium-firm feel). Next time I suppose I should go to the Tempur-Pedic store to try before buying.

keeps me cool but not as supportive

the smell of the foam was very strong , I didn't expect the gassing phase to last a few weeks and the odor still lingers. the gel definitely is cooling but towards the middle of the night, the pillow just flattens and my neck felt unsupported. I went back to my old pillow and used this for propping up my legs instead.

Supreme quality pillow

I ordered the King size and it's exactly the size I love and I need. I am a huge fans of Tempur pillows because the quality is excellent and truly worth the cost. I love how well the pillow support my head and I feel so relax when I lie on it. My only comment is that the pillow compress quite a lot. I chose this model because it's over 6 inches high and I have broad shoulders, but it still collapses more than I expected, so side sleeping feels a bit uncomfortable.
