Awful Pillows / Buyer Beware

I was very excited to try these pillows. The product would be great if not overly inflated like a balloon. It was quite sad and disheartening that these pillows were so thick. Then I called their customer service to explain the situation. They explained that their policy is absolutely no returns on pillows!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This pillow allows your head to sink in to just the perfect place, although I didn't feel any real cooling going on. The only other comment is that the pillow is heavy, but then Tempur-Pedic pillows tend to be a bit weighty. My husband loves his as well, and we put the Symphony pillows in the guest room!
