[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchase a set of Tempur Cloud Breeze (TCB) pillows almost 18 months ago and they are amazing. They are very dense, but extremely form fitting to the contours of my head and very comfortable. Despite the weightiness of the pillows, they are not hard, they perfectly conform, much like their mattresses (of which I own one as well and am very pleased with). The kicker with these pillows is that after 18 months they have not flattened out even one tiny bit, as has happened with every other 2nd rate pillow I have ever purchased. These TCB pillows have retained their shape 100% since day one and that is incredible. Whilst there are a world of cheaper pillows out there, with a little care/cleaning, TCB pillows will last for year and years and that is where the value will show itself many times over. Plus you get awesome sleep and isn't that what it's all about?

Way too firm

Pillow was not cooling enough, way too firm and heavy. It's ok if I sleep on my side but if I sleep on my back the pillow is just too high and it makes me snore and wake up with a stiff neck. I wish it was adjustable.

Pillow too thick and dense

I tried sleeping with this pillow and gave up after an hour of uncomfortable sleep. The pillow does feel cooler than other pillows but it is so thick and dense that my head is propped up too high. There's no neck support or way to adjust the filling - it's just a monolithic mass of foam.
