I sleep on my side and put one arm under the pillow. I have experienced a little discomfort to my shoulder by sleeping that way because of the weight. Overall, I like the pillow and would recommend it to others.

I felt guilty about spending the money for these pillows but after MONTHS of sleepless nights and multiple purchases of pillows that turned out to be a nothing but a huge disappointment I was ready to do anything for a good nights sleep. These pillows are worth every penny!! I will never buy a different pillow and I might just buy extra and store them because I can never sleep without them again. They are the perfect firmness for me as a side sleeper and the coolness never leaves! I am hooked!!

I am a back sleeper and was also hoping it would help a little with my snoring per other reviews I read. I had a horrible night of sleep and woke up with worse neck pain. It had felt like I had slept on a cement bag. I had gotten one for my husband via the sale. His thought was that it was like sleeping on bricks. Sadly, there is a no return and no refund policy. So money wasted unfortunately. I was so hopeful that this pillow would be the one I was looking for.
