Am I missing something here? I'm reading all these good reviews on this pillow but I am still not sold. We bought two of them have had them for two weeks and they way too stiff for us. For this price I mean come on

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow was great right out of the box. I woke up the next morning with no neck pain and I didn't feel the need to "crack" my neck at all. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that the pillow is very heavy. I'm sure that it needs to be but it is so different from the other pillows I have owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy the weighted feel and each side cools for a better sleep. You can still move it easily to fit your sleep position. Love that it has the protective covers that are easy to remove and replace after washing. These are pricey, but just think about what your sleep health is worth and how much is wasted on buying new pillows that are poor quality.
