While they were doing the buy one for two sale I thought I would take the chance and bought their most expensive model. It has zero support. Pillow literally disappears under your head. Has zero support. My wife and I both threw this thing away. Complete waste of money.

So when we went and stayed and we feel in LOVE with these pillows so much we came home and order two king size!! They support you so well and keep you cool at night. We are not disappointed in this purchase whatsoever!!!! My mom ended up buy two queen size as well and loves hers just as much. I would highly recommend these pillows.
