We couldn't bring them with us when we moved out of state. We bought the new version and they are still the same quality. We like a firm but soft pillow. These offer great neck support. My husband and I are both back and side sleepers. The cooling feature is an awesome upgrade to the older version.

I've noticed since I've been using this pillow I've been able to fall asleep faster and I actually stay asleep all the way until my alarm goes off. Best purchase I've made in a long time and it makes it impossible for me to use any other pillow now. Can't say I find anything negative to say about this pillow and it's not too squishy either just the right firmness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this pillow after reading great reviews, but this pillow is terrible. It doesn't cool down and my head sinks in without any support on the neck. It's also really tall, I'm a side sleeper and if I keep my head in the middle of the pillow I feel like I'm going to suffocate.

I still need to flip the pillow in the middle of the night to get a cool spot back. Which brings me to the fact that these pillows are heavy!! If you don't really have to have the long king size, I recommend getting queen size pillows (even for a king size bed) just to reduce the weight of the pillow.
