[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 3rd time I've bought this pillow. The first one i got from my local furniture store and loved it!!! The second I ordered from here and after a couple of years I decided it was time to replace it. I buy this pillow particularly for the extra cooling and neck pain relief. This time however, it seems like a completely different pillow. It doesn't feel the same or seem to have any cooling to it at all. I'm super bummed and will have to start another "quest" to find something better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It was way too tall for sleeping on my side and too firm for sleeping on my back. Perhaps a taller, heavier man would find it ok.
