And they are so heavy, so when you wake up and want to turn them over to the other side in hopes that it will be cool the are quite awkward to turn.

I just recently purchased my second one (queen size) because the first one seemed deflated and the foam was yellowing. Pros: - has cooling feature - firm enough for back and side sleeping - comes with a washable cover - retains its firmness for almost 4 years which makes it worth the cost Cons: - cooling feature mainly works if there's cold air for it to pull from, so no AC means not much cooling - could be a bit firmer which could help prevent the buildup of heat

As I got older, my neck and shoulder started being sore in the AM, but then it persisted into the rest of the day. I started spending more money on more expensive pillows hoping to keep the down and relieve the pain. Didn't happen. I finally found these pillows, and they are expensive, but I took a chance. This is the best pillow I have ever slept on. I freaking LOVE this thing. No more neck and shoulder pain. I love the cooling effect, it feels so nice and just helps me sleep better. They are super heavy, carrying it around feels like packing a dead body, but that helps it stay in place when you sleep. Take my word for it, this is your new favorite pillow. You won't be sorry, you will just wish you found it sooner!

This one gets hotter much quicker (on both sides even when you lay on one). Your head also sinks much further in and is not as supportive. Super disappointed. I ordered 2 thinking they'd be the same quality and you can't return pillows. Never again.

Only con is it's a bit too thick for my neck but perfect for my husband who's a man so fits his taller wider shoulder to bed mattress distance. I just prob another pillow up and it's great. So nice when I wake up w my insomnia during the night to flip pillow or slide my hand under it and that cold puts me right back to sleep!

Because we had never owned a memory foam pillow, at first it seemed large and heavy out of the box. But once on our bed our opinions changed. It takes a bit of expanding on your perception of a pillow being fluffy. No fluff, but it cradles your head and neck perfectly. That's what you expect your pillow to do and it does its job beautifully.
