[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great firm pillow. It is especially great for side sleepers. It is hard to find a good medium/firm king sized pillow and this is perfect. It is also nice and cool. The only downside is that it is heavy but it is worth it for how nice it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow feels like it weighs 10 pounds. It's very hard but it does mold around your head. You do feel the cooling when your skin first touches it but after about 20 minutes it gets hot just like every other pillow. It has nice support but is obviously a bit pricy.

Great product. Pillow stays from cold to a constant I suppose cool and never simmering hot like other pillow brands.

Not as terrific as I thought the product would be. Dissapointed with the purchase. Liked my previous non cooling pillow better. It was 7 years old so I replaced it.
