[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have looked for years for the right pillow for my neck. I have tried all the side sleepers and the back sleepers the cooling, etc. Since I purchased my first Tempur mattress, I decided to give these pillows a chance. It was a the best decision I have made in a long time. These are amazing not only being the best comfort, but they are cooling and no matter how you sleep, side, back, of any, they are the VERY BEST!

Cooling is great, good height for side sleepers

I was skeptical about this pillow when I got it, partially because its really heavy (weight wise.) I've been using it for about 5 weeks now and the cooling is great, and its a good height for side sleepers. It is really heavy tho, so if you sleep with your arms under the pillow it might put your arms to sleep. The case/cover on the pillow is also really thin, so you can see the cooling pads through it, which is ok, just be warned if you use white pillow cases you might be able to see the outline of the cooling pad with a pillow case on it.

Game changer.

Dealt with endless nights of tossing and turning, flipping over pillows and not getting the best sleep. These pillows were a game changer, eliminating the neck pain I would commonly experience, and giving me back a full nights rest without discomforts. The Dual Cooling effect is a MUST have for people who like cooler temps when they sleep.

Good Pillow, Just Not the Right Fit

Bought this for my fiancé who sleeps hot. He really liked the cooling feature and found that aspect of it very comfortable; however, he complained of it being too thick, and has mentioned that he needs a much thinner pillow, about half the thickness of this one, to be optimally comfortable. He did also like the firmness of it (it's definitely on the firmer side, not very smooshy). Overall it's a good pillow, just unfortunately not the best one for my fiancé.

A little softer than expected, but still very supportive and comfortable. This is my second set of Tempur pillows in the last five years. These were an upgrade as I really wanted the king size vs the queen size I had before. Definitely would recommend. You won't regret it!

Comfortable but heavy

This was a comfortable pillow. Stays cool throughout the night and great for all types of sleepers. The pillow is incredibly heavy and I do have concern it will get even heavier as it ages.
