We have used Tempur-pedic pillows for years and recently upgraded and bought this. It has been outstanding from the first night.

High quality pillow but too large

I really wanted to love this pillow. It is designed to keep you cool and for your head to melt into it for a comfortable sleep. Unfortunately, it's so thick and dense that my head sits on top of it and doesn't seem heavy enough to get into the pillow. Maybe it'll soften up over time. Otherwise, it's just a big, heavy pillow I have to move out of the way for my old pillow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I feel like I got duped... it looked you could return them if you didn't like them but in the fine print I guess you can't , very disappointed

These pillows are way too TALL, THICK, and HEAVY! Not the same as in the store & no returns are allowed for these EXPENSIVE pillows.

The most comfortable pillow EVER. This is our second set. The first set lasted 7 years. Love the supper and comfort this pillow provides.

I purchased the TEMPUR-Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling pillow. The website falsely states these are medium feel pillows, however, my head sinks completely into the pillow and the memory foam's response time is extremely slow. For years I have had the TEMPUR-Adapt cooling pillow which I love. The TEMPUR-Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling pillow is a significant downgrade.
