Don't waste your money

I am so disappointed. These still are flat. Not sure why they say medium firm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been proud Tempur-pedic owners since 2005. In fact, the mattress was our first major purchase as a couple. We upgraded our mattress recently and bought two Breeze cooling pillows as well, after sleeping on and recommending the contour pillows for years. These pillows give the best sleep we've ever had. We have 3 super cuddly cats who enjoy sleeping under the covers with their heads on the pillows, and we all get such great sleep! My husband and I stay cool and comfortable, and it's actually a challenge to get the cats out of the bed in the morning. We're all very happy! Highly recommend!

Heavy-Duty and worth the money

This pillow is great. It's solid but still conforms to your neck and head. Before buying this I would wake up with a sore neck due to lack of support, but this pillow has solved that issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Pillows!!

These pillows are perfect. They are very cooling, which is a must for us. The only downside I have found is they do sap away all the heat but do not disperse it quick enough for me, so I find myself needing to shift from one side to the other. I understand this is mostly a me issue as I run very hot when I sleep. Overall though, these are wonderful and I highly recommend them.

Got this pillow to replace my Tempur pillow from 2014, a true firm but adaptive amazing pillow. Sadly, the new one is far from being medium firm (today there is just one option for firm pillows but has a shape that doesn't work for a regular customers so I had no choice but to go medium feeling), it is extremely heavy and bulky but the memory foam becomes thin air once I rest my head on it. Also, the cooling part is non-existing. I am going back to my old pillow, so disappointed and heart broken.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been using this pillow since July 2019. It was a great pillow for a few years but now the memory foam isn't compressing the same way and isn't comforting to my head. So it's giving me tremendous neck pain. I will probably replace it with a different pillow. Again, good pillow, but didn't have the longevity I would have expected for the price point and being Tempur-Pedic.
