[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I stand behind all my tempur products and love the brand. I owned a Breeze ProHi I purchased from City Furniture and has been the best pillow I've purchased. When I wanted to upgrade to a king size and purchased the Breeze Dual Cooling I found my head sinking to much for a back/side sleeper and wasn't able to get comfortable sadly. I was sad as I wanted to upgrade from my older Breeze line products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was truly disappointed with this pillow! If you're looking for a 'supportive' pillow then choose a different one. I had high hopes given the high price tag and especially bc I love the LuxBreeze mattress but this pillow although cool at first just melts down to no neck support at all. I only use it in the zero gravity bed position otherwise a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!

Great and supportive pillow

I have finally found a pillow that gives me comfort and support! This pillow is cool to touch as soon as you set your head on it. The coolness lasts long enough to fall asleep. I do notice that it doesn't last all night long, but it's not an air conditioner folks, it's a pillow! And body heat can't be totally controlled. The comfort and support does last all night long and I would highly recommend this pillow to anyone who is a side and back sleeper.

Cooling Factor is Supreme

I added this pillow to my Tempurpedic pillow collection because I wanted one that was more cooling and this one does the trick. It feels like a cold gust of wind when you first lay your head on it. I will say that it is Firm, and then you sink in. The pillow is also very heavy, so be aware. I'm a pretty big person so I actually which the pillow was a little taller, but this is something I face with every pillow. Overall I would recommend it!

Soft and Smoochy

We owned bamboo pillows already that are very firm, so I wanted to try ones that where a little softer. These did the trick. They contour around you head and shoulders nicely. They are very breathable as well.

I did not like the plastic cooling layer, personally. It felt like the pillow wasn't able to breathe and it actually made me sweat more. I gave the pillow to my sister and she likes it very much.
