Pillow without support

This pillow is very cooling, however, it presses FLAT within 5 minutes of laying down. It will puff back up when not in use, but does not support your head, neck or shoulders. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quality and Comfort

For a pillow to stand up against your headboard it's great because it completely holds its form. However, I was hoping that it would be more comfortable like your neck pillow. Instead, it hurts my shoulders and neck. I just had to buy another Tempur-Pedic neck pillow because mine is 25 years old and falling apart . I can't wait to get it and start resting again

Improves quality of sleep

The TEMPUR-Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling pillows have improved both my husband's as well as my quality of sleep. They provide excellent support relieving neck strain. The cooling gel feels wonderful, especially after the bed has warmed up from our natural body heat. But more importantly, both my husband and I have been dreaming more. I think this means we are in a healthy stage of restorative sleep. We cannot rave more about these pillows.

Expensive and heavy.

I bought a pair of these expensive pillows because they were what my partner wanted for Christmas, They are cool to the touch. However they are very heavy pillows. I tend to sleep on my side with one arm under the pillow. When I try to shift positions it's like having my arm under a bag of concrete. So instead of slipping into a new sleeping position while semi-asleep, I am now fully awake and have to start the sleep process all over again whenever I change sleep positions. My partner loves her pillow. I would recommend the pillow, but only after explaining how heavy it is. It is not for every sleeping style.

Best pillow I've ever had

We got these pillows to go along with our Tempur-Pedic Pro breeze mattress. It's absolutely been worth the investment as we have gotten better sleep with Tempur-Pedic than we got on previous pillows and mattresses. Our necks and joints no longer hurt, we sleep through the night and feel more rested in the morning.
