[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had these a few months. Very heavy pillows at about 9 lbs each. Took a bit of getting used to but now we love them.

The pillow is a great pillow but is much too soft for me. It seems to go completely flat. (I'm 6'3 195lbs) I typically sleep on my side or back so it's not very comfortable for me. But I still keep it on my bed to prob me up on my other pillows if I want to read or something like that. The quality is great, it's cool to the touch. But just not my main pillow I prefer.

This product feels good when it is cool. It's firm, yet doesn't pack down. But it gets hot as you sleep. It collapses down and feels very hard.

Purchased this pillow to replace a thin/low Tempur-pedic pillow and was a little concerned it'd be too tall based on the measurements. This pillow is freaky. Feels as hard as a rock and weighs a ton, but when you lay your head on it it's like sleeping on a cloud. I almost wish it didn't have as much give as it does, but still really like it. Haven't had any discomfort or period of getting used to it. Was great from the first night on. The cooling factor is noticeable and my wife said it was almost too cold! Doesn't last forever obviously but worth it for me.

I love this pillow. Bought two pillows for myself. They a bit heavy but they feel great and keep their shape with no issue. They also stay cool at night.

I wanted to love these pillows... like, really, really wanted to love them. Plus side- they ARE cool- maybe even a little too cool for winter. They are cozy when your head sinks in. The issue for me is they flatten out to about a centimeter after having anything on them. So flat! No support for my neck. No rerurns, so now were stuck with super pricey pillows that will probabky go in a closet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
